Top 10 Reality TV Influencers 2022

The first reality show in the US was created in 1971 with the show ‘An American Family’. The show told the story of an average American family going through a divorce. It was a real success in terms of audience, which launched a wave of enthusiasm. In 1987, only 16 years later, 37 reality shows were broadcast on different channels.

By the late 90s/early 2000s, these shows were flooding networks worldwide, beginning with the successes of competition-based shows such as ‘Survivor’ and ‘American Idol’, and later, fly-on-the-wall-style shows such as ‘Jersey Shore’ and ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’. Naturally, this gave rise to many influencers coming out of these reality TV programs wishing to continue their careers on social networks.

These are the influencers we are going to talk about today!

We have now completed our small selection of influencers from reality shows. Even though most of them started out on reality TV, all of them now have a career as an influencer.
